Do I get to choose my own seating?
When you register for Retreat we ask you about your seating preferences. Please be sure to know their names and phone numbers or email address before you begin the registration process. You will be assigned to a group of 10 ladies and that group will be given a table rotation schedule. You stay with the same group of ladies for the entire weekend but you will be sitting at a variety of tables around the ballroom. Nobody gets stuck in the back corner for the entire weekend. Women from the same church are NOT automatically seated together – you must request this. We try our best to accommodate everyone but some people will be seated with future friends.
Does CWR cater to dietary needs such as Vegetarian or Gluten free?
Yes we do! While registering you are given an option to mark down your dietary needs. If you have already registered please email us your dietary requirements at Millicent@cawr.org
Can I attend only part of the retreat and receive a prorated price??
While we hope you can attend the entire weekend, we understand that sometimes life happens. Unfortunately, we are unable to prorate the price of the retreat.
If I am unable to attend can I receive a refund?
Refunds are available but not after February 10, 2018. There will also be a $15 administrative fee on all cancellations.
Are there scholarships available?
Yes, a partial or full scholarship can be requested for the retreat fee, hotel room or both. Unfortunately we have limited funds, therefore scholarships are not guaranteed. Do I have to stay at the Marriott?
No, it’s not a requirement that you stay at the hotel. However, we strongly encourage you to stay at the Marriott because it allows you the opportunity to fellowship with other women, as well as providing you the flexibility to participate in extra fellowship activities, such as Zumba, Water Aerobics and our popular post-session Hospitality Suites.
